Can the BineBee pay the store for me?
Not through this service. Collection & Delivery is for an order already paid to the store. Use Shopping Request if you need a BineBee to purchase items.
Can a BineBee collect a large or unpacked item?
This service is intended for small sealed orders that fit safely in a private vehicle. Oversized, heavy, fragile or special-handling items need separate confirmation.
Is delivery available across all of Auckland?
Each BineBee covers a defined local area. The route and delivery quote are checked before the order is confirmed.
