How to use Bine.
One request, from shopping list to completion. Keep this page open while ordering, or print it on A4 paper.

Choose the right service
Shop for me — a BineBee buys products for you.
Check store stock — a BineBee visits one branch and reports visible stock or prices.
Collect & deliver — the store order is already paid and ready for collection.
Add your shopping list
Option 1 — complete list: paste your detailed written list, or upload one clear screenshot or photo containing the complete list. Bine AI prepares a standard item-by-item draft.
Option 2 — one by one: use the traditional form and optionally attach a product photo to each item.
Review the draft and estimated cost
AI-prepared information is never submitted automatically. Check and edit every product, quantity, pack size, variant, store and reference price. Then choose Check prices and see estimated cost. For local delivery, confirm both addresses so Bine can calculate the route and fee.
Set the deadline and approve payment
Required fields are marked. Card payment reserves the approved budget and requires shopping to finish within the displayed five-day hold period. A bank-transfer request is published only after Bine confirms receipt of funds. Save or return to edit before continuing when needed.
Wait for a BineBee
Bine publishes the paid or authorised request to eligible local BineBees. When one accepts, their public Bine username and the order’s current stage appear in My Bine.
Use the order conversation
Open the order to ask questions, approve a substitution, clarify quantity or arrange delivery. Keep agreements inside the order conversation. Email notices tell both parties when a new message is posted.
Follow shopping progress
The BineBee updates the order from accepted to shopping started, shopping completed and packed or ready. Open Order progress to see the full sequence; the closed summary shows only the current stage.
Review the receipt and final payment
After shopping, the BineBee uploads the store receipt and confirms actual products, packing and delivery costs. Check the current final invoice carefully. The buyer’s statement includes every charge. Costs above the original authorised budget require explicit approval.
Receive the order and complete it
Follow the relevant final steps: pickup, tracked postage or local delivery. Confirm receipt where requested. When the order is completed, both parties can leave an order review. Bine separately records and manually transfers the amount due to the BineBee.
Before you confirm payment
- Check the store branch, products, quantities, deadline and delivery method.
- Make sure the approved budget is comfortable, including the permitted price flexibility.
- If using a card, choose a deadline inside the displayed five-day card-hold period.
- For local delivery, make sure the route and delivery fee have been calculated.
