COMMON QUESTIONS
Before you send a request.
Is this a fashion personal stylist service?
No. Bine is a practical shopping service. A BineBee buys the items on your list; they are not providing wardrobe or styling advice.
Can I order from outside New Zealand?
Yes. Bine can receive overseas shopping requests for products sourced in New Zealand. International shipping, customs and product restrictions are confirmed for the destination.
Do I pay the estimate or the actual amount?
The approved maximum protects the shopping trip. Final settlement uses the actual store receipt and agreed service, packing and delivery costs.
