What does each order field do?
Open each step to understand the field before you start your request.
1. Choose a request type
Use Shopping when a BineBee buys for you. Stock Check confirms availability. Collect & Deliver is for an order you have already paid for.
2. Add your shopping list
Paste a detailed list, upload a complete list photo or screenshot, or enter items one by one. Check the AI-prepared list before continuing.
3. Choose where to shop
Select a store when it matters, or let Bine decide. Store and product names remain in New Zealand English so the local BineBee can identify them correctly.
4. Select fulfilment
Choose pickup, local BineBee delivery or tracked postage. Your address is used for the quote and delivery only; it is never shown in public examples.
5. Review the estimate and maximum budget
The estimate explains products, service, platform, packing and delivery. The maximum budget prevents unapproved overspending—it is not automatically your final charge.
6. Pay the actual final invoice
After shopping, the BineBee uploads the store receipt and confirms delivery. You check the final invoice based on actual costs, then pay the final settlement.
7. Receive and review
Track dispatch or handover, confirm receipt, then review your BineBee. Completed orders stay in My Bine with their receipt and settlement record.
You can edit before submitting. Final payment always follows the confirmed actual invoice.
